Membership

  • To benefit from the services and facilities of the Information Center, applications can be made during regular weekday working hours by filling out the Information Center Membership and Usage Request Form.
  • Applicants who are not approved will be notified in writing.
  • Applicants who are approved are granted daily access permission and may benefit from the services and facilities of the Information Center in accordance with the “Information Center Working Hours and General Rules Document.”
  • Those who wish to benefit for a longer period and whose requests are approved begin a 3-month membership by paying the membership fee in accordance with the “Information Center Membership Fees Document”. For users who complete their procedures, an email is sent to the main campus entrance gate including the external user’s name and membership end date, with the user copied on the message.
  • When the usage period ends, the ID card must be returned. Those who do not return the card despite warnings are reported to the Security Department and their entry to the University is restricted. Users whose period has expired may apply for renewal.
  • Those eligible to benefit from membership services and the annual membership fee are determined each year by the “Information Center Advisory Board,” submitted for approval to the Rector, and then implemented.
