Membership

  • Students enrolled in high schools that have a cooperation agreement with our University may apply for Membership in order to benefit from the services and facilities of the Information Center.
  • Applicants who are deemed ineligible for membership will be informed accordingly.
  • Students whose applications are approved are issued a temporary identification and access card and are entitled to benefit from these services and facilities—subject to annual renewal—until they graduate from their high school, in accordance with the Information Center General Rules Document.
  • Students whose membership period has expired are required to return their identification cards.
Despite warnings, if students fail to return their identification cards, the principals of their schools will be informed. If the cards are not returned within one week, Sabancı University Security Department will be notified, and these students will not be permitted to enter the University.
  • If students fail to comply with the rules, the permission to use the services granted to the student will be revoked. Subsequent membership applications will not be accepted for a period of one year.
  • Due to licensing agreements, they cannot access electronic resources from off campus.
  • They may benefit from the services and facilities on site by visiting the Information Center.
