Articles to be published by corresponding authors affiliated with our institution can be published as "Open Access" (OA) without paying an Article Processing Charge (APC) as a result of Read & Publish agreements.

In line with our university's open science strategies and publication incentive policies, the "Read & Publish Journal List", prepared to increase the impact of your scientific outputs and facilitate your publishing process, is now available.
This comprehensive Excel document accessible via Google Drive includes the following critical information:

Current Journal List: The list of journals within the scope of our institution's "Read & Publish" agreements where you can publish without paying article processing charges (APCs). Some updates are made to the lists by publishers during the year. This list is for informational purposes only. To track changes made to the lists, please review the individual lists belonging to the publishers on this page.

Scopus Performance Indicators: To assist you in making strategic decisions when choosing a journal to publish in, CiteScore Percentile values—which are also taken into account by our university's publication incentive system—have been added to the table. Journals with a CiteScore Percentile value of 99–90 indicate journals in the top 10% tier. Journals in the top 10% for each publisher are highlighted in red in the 'Scopus CiteScore Percentile 2024' column.
