Agreements with Quotas (Under TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL):
According to the latest data provided by TÜBİTAK, the remaining article quotas are as follows:
- Oxford Journals Online: 253 Remaining Quotas (as of June 26, 2026)
- The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC): 195 Remaining Quotas (as of June 29, 2026)
- Wiley: Gold Journals: 218 Remaining Quotas / Hybrid Journals: 395 Remaining Quotas (as of June 29, 2026)
Agreements without Quotas:
There is no quota limit for the agreements with the following publishers:
- American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
- Cambridge University Press (CUP)
- Institute of Physics (IOP)
- The Company of Biologists
Publishers Offering Discounts:
The following publishers offer APC (Article Processing Charge) discounts with no quota restrictions:
- BioMed Central (BMC)
- SAGE
