Donated information resources sent and/or brought to our Information Center are evaluated in line with our Collection Development Policy. In the evaluation, various elements such as the suitability of the subject and content of the resource for the education / training programs of our university, its existence in the Information Center collection, and the physical condition of the resource are taken into consideration.
After the evaluation, the information resources that will be added to the collection are made available, and the information resources that will not be added to the collection are sent to other university and/or public and/or school libraries/information centers in need, depending on the subject and content of the resource. Physically unsuitable resources are set aside to be returned. After all these stages, you will be informed about the procedures performed.
If you would like to donate the resource by accepting our above-mentioned policy, you can fill out the form by selecting "I accept" below, bring the resource to our Information Center and/or send it by courier.
